shows that polycrystalline is much more efficient than amorphous PV panels (used in many solar panels),
such as flexible thin film. As such these solar panels are superior.
To produce a reliable
battery
charger or PV panels and other photovoltaic systems, Monocrystalline
technology is good for many more years over Amorphous technology, because it maintains its solar
charging characteristics.
The problem with Amorphous, such as
in flexible thin film solar panels and flat panel PV Modules, is it loses a
percentage of its solar energy or "energia solar" producing characteristics
almost instantaneously when placed in the sun for the first time, so if used
as a solar battery charger it would immediately have a diminished ability to maintain a battery.

We have two models of solar panels--the BC99, and the BC103. They look virtually identical.
The BC99 includes a smart charger that charges the battery, but the smart chip prevents from OVER charging the battery.
The BC103 does NOT include the smart charger.

Panel producer Bee Cool Inc. makes every effort to assure that its
products meets high quality and durability standards, and warrants to
the original purchaser that this product is free from defects in
materials and workmanship for the period of 180 days from the date of
purchase. This warranty does not apply to damage due directly or
indirectly to abuse, misuse, negligence or accidents: repairs or
alterations out side our facilities: or lack of maintenance. We shall
in no event be liable for death, injuryies to person or property, or
for incidental, contingent, special or consequential damages arising
from the use or installation of this product. To take advantage of this
warranty, the product or part must be returned to us with
transportation charges prepaid. Proof of purchase, date and explanation
of the complaint must accompany the merchandise. If our inspection
verifies the defect, we will either repair or replace the product at
our election or we may elect to refund the purchase price if we cannot
readily and quickly provide you with a replacement. We will return
repaired products at our expense, but if we determine that there is no
defect, or that the defect resulted from causes not within the scope of
our warranty, then you must bear the cost of returning the product.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may have rights
which vary from state to state.
